Refund / Cancellation Policy

We believe in the long term trust building and maximizing the benefits by building mutual trust. In this regard we have created a process in which any amount received from client does not go to directly in our income. It is kept separately in the client’s account and considered as advance/unearned income and liability for us.

Any amount is considered as income only after completion of milestone in the service. Only, after that amount is transferred from client’s account to income account. After completion of service if any amount is receivable from client, we will raise an invoice stating the reason for the same. If after completion of service any amount lying in the client’s account, we will immediately process the refund to client.

Cancellation of order is not possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by ecompliancepartner.in
